Hair Professional first opened its doors in King Street, Maidstone in 1979. The business occupied those premises for the next 45 years and saw many changes in that time…changes to fashion, technology and society.

We have met these challenges, survived and thrived, and now, adapting to a shift in the town centre environment and changes in the hairdressing industry as a whole, we have taken the bold step of moving to alternative premises in Penenden Heath where we will continue to deliver a high standard of service to all our loyal clients, and maybe even welcome some new ones.

We are operating from 'Bryant Barbers' in a partnership which we believe will be happy and fruitful for both of us. There is ample free parking, a spacious and stylish salon environment, and the convenience of an out-of-town location which is easy to access. We hope to see you there!

Useful things to know:

• We are a cashless business. Please pay by card or electronic device; we take all major UK cards including American Express.
• Why not treat someone to a Hair Professional experience? Gift vouchers are available, both as physical items and electronically. Call or email to purchase.
• You can cancel your appointment up to 48hrs in advance without incurring any penalty but after this time, we reserve the right to charge between 50% - 100% of the treatment charge depending on how late the cancellation is. A deposit of half the treatment cost may be required at the time of booking in some circumstances.
• For new clients, we require consultations for all technical services, especially colour. Remote consultations via Zoom are sometimes suitable if you are unable to attend in person. Skin tests are always required for first time colour clients.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the salon.
